Carrigaholt Sea Angling Centre offers it client’s accommodation in Glencarrig guesthouse, which is a farmhouse and home to Mary and Luke and their family.

In the winter of 2002/2003 we extended our farmhouse, which is just over a mile from the pier at Carrigaholt and built on accommodation for up to eight guests in 4 en suite bedrooms. There is also a sitting room where guests can relax after a hard days fishing and play cards or watch TV. and a recreation room with a pool table and dartboard, tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge for the occasional bottle of beer.

Breakfast and Dinner is served in the house Dining room and this is where you realise you are on to more than just good fishing and a comfortable bed. All the cooking is done by Mary who has worked since college as chef in local restaurants and hotels. Mary is famous in the area for her homemade desserts and most of what she serves in Glencarrig is produced locally or indeed on our own farm, or caught from local waters, possibly by your own hand.
